Plant Fitter - Chandler's Ford (ref R612)
This is a full-time, permanent position
We require a skilled Plant Fitter to service, repair and test as required a wide range of construction plant, small tools and ancillary equipment.
The successful candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).

Essential Skills Required
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) is essential
• Must be able to carry out work in compliance with recommended manufacturers’ procedures
• Must be able to communicate accurately with immediate supervisor on job requirements, e.g. cost, downtime and identifying cause
• Will be able to put forward proposals for modifications and improvements to machines, equipment or processes
• Must be able to ensure necessary administration and paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time
