Key Account Manager - Leeds (ref R631)
This is a full-time, permanent position

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with knowledge of the Midlands area to manage a key utilities account. You will be familiar with working with large customer organisations, ensuring we understand and meet their requirements, and integrating their internal processes and procedures with our own. You will have previous tender and re-tender experience, and in-depth experience of developing and nurturing existing relationships with individuals within large organisations and with all types of contractors, along with our own staff supporting the customer.

You will have a good background in sales, with the ability to absorb technical and procedural knowledge quickly, as you will be required to design and submit solutions to the customer.

Communication skills will be your key asset, and you will be able to demonstrate that you use your initiative and creativity to achieve and succeed above others.

Responsible for all aspects of account management including regular review meetings and delivery of KPI’s, this role needs someone with experience inprocurement and purchase order systems, invoicing and credit control management, QHSE procedures, and maintaining excellent customer service in every aspect.
